Cancelation/Refund Policy
We understand that issues can arise. We ask that you give us as much notice as possible if needing to cancel or change an order.
Custom Cookie Orders: Refunds on cancelations of custom orders less than 48 hours before agreed upon available time are subject to the completed progress of your order.
Decorating Classes/Events: Cancelations of 72-24 hours before the event are subject to 50% of the original purchase price. Refunds will not be given with less than 24 hours notice, but your purchased ticket may be used at a later class.
